The location of Doonbrae Cottages is undoubtedly one of their greatest assets. The Rose & Gables cottages are situated within the beautiful grounds of Doonbrae House, along the banks of the river doon. Each cottage sleeps two adults and up to two children.
Fantastic place to stay with first class facilities and first class service. Beautiful cottages…..Breath taking views of the Carrick Hills and River Doon.

Doonbrae’s gardens have to be the best in Alloway. The location was simply perfect. We stayed in Rose Cottage which is as close as you’ll get to the Auld Kirk! Next door….Thankfully never saw Tam or Meg.

We took over both cottages for the full package for our Sons wedding for two nights. Delighted to be so close to the wedding venue at Brig O Doon and felt so involved in the whole wedding without having to walk to far. Fiona took care of all our needs.
